Rebecca Kemp Fanning Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023, at the age of 97, Rebecca Kemp Fanning of Hayes, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Kemp and Ruby Riley Kemp; her husbands, Richard D. Fanning and Ernest R. West, Sr.; and her siblings, Vernon Kemp, Martha Kemp McShane, Beverly R. Kemp, Ruby Kemp Kamsch, Bobby Kemp and Oscar Dunston. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
