We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2022, at the age of 94, Noah Clements Carr Jr. of Hayes, Virginia, born in Glass, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, N. Clements Carr, Sr. and Julia Erman Carr; his wife Lois Marie Ash Carr; and his siblings, Bert Carr, Aileen Williams and Al Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Randall A. Carr, W. Kenton Carr, Cynthia Carr Garrison (Carleton) and Rachael Carr Ward; his sister Peggy Carr Gillette of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Ryan Ward, Alan Ward, Warner Ward of Gwynn's Island, Ashley Garrison and Cole Garrison of Manassas, VA; and his great grandchild Rylee Foster Ward. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
