It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lester of Hayes, Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linden Hurst and Ruth Edwards Hurst Mills; her husband Jess Thomas Lester, Jr.; and her siblings, Blake Hurst, David Hurst and Joan Shrader.
She is survived by: her children, Susan L. Scott (Preston) of Yorktown, Jon A. Lester (Sis) of Woodbridge and T. Michael Lester (Brenda); her grandchildren, Austin, Jessica, Stephen (Cassie), Erin, Rachel (Antonio), Drew, Mac, Izzi and Suki; her great grandchild Jacob; and her brother Wayne Hurst. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
