He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Hicks and Cora Hicks; his siblings, Troy, Filmore, Fred, Bobby Gene, Hazel, Jenny Mae, Ella Mae and Janice; and his grandchild Chrissy.
He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Hair (late Robert); his grandchildren, Leonard Hicks, Jr. (Tammy), William Michael Hicks (Cathy Ann), Terry Lee Hicks (Debbie) and Ronnie Hicks; his great grandchildren, Amanda and Eric; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nathan, Jessica, Sara, Becca, Terri Lynn, Rheannon, Deanna, Dylan, Austin and Brittany.
