He was predeceased by: his son Billy Walton. He is survived by: his wife Emma T. Walton; his daughters, Janet Horsley and Carla Perry (Eddie); his grandchildren, Adam Horsley, Angela Horsley, William Morrison, Virginia Perry and Grace Perry; his great grandchildren, Brooklin Horsley, Liam Horsley, Chloe Horsley and Aria Horsley; and his sister Nellie Walton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
