It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Berniece Rowe of Hayes, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Laura Conway Belvin; and her son-in-law Brian Bidwell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Rowe, Jr.; her siblings, Ruth Lee West, Lucille Gertrude Davis, Mildred Gertrude Belvin, Gladys Mae Belvin, Melvin Thomas Belvin and Linwood Thomas Belvin; and her children, Dennis K. Smith (Melissa) and Debbie L. Bidwell. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, Great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
