He was predeceased by: his father N. Clements Carr, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Randall A. Carr of Hayes, Cynthia Carr Garrison (Carleton) of Manassas, Virginia and Rachael Carr Ward of Hayes; his nephews, Ryan Ward of Gloucester, Alan Ward, Warner Ward of Gwynn's Island and Cole Garrison of Manassas; and his niece Ashley Garrison of Manassas. He is also survived by aunt, uncle, numerous cousins, and friends.
