She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Horsley; and her father Lawrence "Buck" Walton. She is survived by: her children, Angela N. Horsley (Brian) and William A. Horsley (Chrystal); her granddaughter Mother Emma T. Walton; and her sister Carla Perry.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church (9117 Glass Rd, Hayes, VA 23072).
