He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert P. "Tony" Sr. and Mamie Wade Belvin; his wife Jean Belvin; his daughters, Tammy Belvin and Kelly Hartfelder (Jack); his sister Nancy Shields (Donnie); his siblings-in-law, Frances Bower and Billy Saunders (Wanda); his niece Teresa LaNeave (Chris); and his great-niece Hollie. He was also cherished by numerous friends, cousins.
Due to COVID-19, masks will be required for entry, and social distancing will be mandatory for both events.
