He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Clark and Doris Clark; and his nephew Jeremy Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny, Michael and Carol; his niece Amanda; his nieces, Jasmine, Jessica, Joanna, Jackie, Ashley and Becky; his nephew Michael Wayne; and also Camden.
