He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Hall. He is survived by: his children, James Everett Hall (Karen) and Mary Lynne Stairs; and his grandchildren, Chris Hall (Suzanne), Valinda Loudin (Josh), Jason Hall (Lindsey) and Andrea Robins (Chris). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
