With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie Mae Hall Belvin of Hayes, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Lee and Gladys Hogge Hall; her husband Thomas Alfred Belvin; her brother Edwin Lee Hall; and her daughter Cynthia Ann Belvin.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Wayne Belvin (Colleen) of Glen Allen and Harry Lee Belvin (Kelli) of Gloucester; and her grandchildren, Thomas Samuel Belvin (Elizabeth) of Mechanicsville, Benjamin Foster Belvin (Alexis) of Henrico, Jared Elijah Belvin of Lexington, KY and Abigail Cynthia Belvin of Richmond.
