He was predeceased by: his wife Inez; his grandsons, John West and Allen Hogge; his parents, Joseph D. Hogge and Ida Mae West Hogge; and his siblings, Edith Kellum, David Hogge, Steve Hogge, James Hogge, Wilmore Hogge, Margie Davis, Mary Frances Haywood and Thelma Hall.
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Stotesbury (Lee) and Kevin Hogge (Marsha); his grandchildren, Justin West (Sarah), Ray Hogge (Karen), Tabitha Turner (Andrew), Brandon Stotesbury (Heather), Ashley Laing (Derek), Stephanie Chisenhall (Eric), Scott Leach, Chelsie Skinner and Gene Skinner; his great grandchildren, Sweetie and Emma Lou Guy; and his siblings, India Hall, Lynwood Hogge (Mona), Buddy Lee Hogge (Ann) and Calvin Hogge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
