He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Mai and Thomas Gray Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Campbell; and his siblings, Thomas Campbell (Sherry) and Sarah Byrd. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
