It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Tyler (Hayes, Virginia), born in Gloucester, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Gray and Marjorie Burrell Paige; and her siblings, Etta Davis, Lillie Chafen, Ida Stokes, Warren Paige and William Jefferson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cartrina Jones and Kara Tyler; her brothers, Rickey Paige and Norman Coles; her grandchildren, Khyre Jones and Tyre Jones; and her friend Jacqueline Hodges. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, the graveside service will be private.
