He is survived by: his wife Mary West; his daughters, Elizabeth West and Carolyn W. Squires (Gene); his grandchildren, Crystal West (Shanna), Jonathan West (Wendy), Jeffrey Squires (Dawn) and Jennifer Hall (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin, Hope, Dakota, Kendall and Madison.
