It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Cox of Hayes, Virginia, born in Gloucester, Virginia, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Virginia Williams; her son Michael Howlett; and her brother Charles Jenkins (Roger Cox Sr.). She is survived by: her daughter Micky Nieman (Jerry); her grandchildren, Amy Rodriguez (Zachary), Virginia DiGiacomo, Valerie Allison (Phillip) and Raymond Bondranko; her great grandchildren, Alexandra Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Raiden DiGiacomo, Brianna Allison, Sonya Allison and Josephine Allison; her great great grandchild Amara Rose; her cousins, Eva Tillage, Audrey Parker, Michael and Earline Nicely; and her children, Cub Scout Pack and Pee Wee. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
