With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Caviness Locklin of Hayes, Virginia, who passed away on March 4, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Caviness and Lily Croft Caviness; and her sister Linda Morre. She is survived by: her husband Thomas P. Locklin, Sr.; her children, April Strickland (Melford), Amy Lane (Matt), Tanisha Cartaret (Brandon), David Strickland and Tommy Locklin; her grandchildren, Ryan, Rilee, Tyler, Tessa, Little David, Regan, Jaden and Kyle; and her close friends, Doris, Penny, Bo and Barbi.
