He is survived by: his wife Helen Jenkins; his sons, Michael Jenkins and Don Jenkins; his stepchildren, Frank West III, Caroline Frizzell and Helena Jenkins; his grandchildren, Shannon, Travis, Todd, Jonathan, Olivia, Shawn, Tristan, Logan and Harmony; his siblings, Kenny Wayne Jenkins, Sheryl Brown and Dianna Mitchum; and his pets, Dixie Girl and Bubba. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
