He was predeceased by: his significant other Faustina Agumbay; his parents, James Foote and Clara Foote; his sisters, Leigh Legary and Joyce Pellam; and his nephew Jamie Foote.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Foote, Sharon Delawyer and Frances Lehman. He is also survived by five children, fifteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
