He was predeceased by: his father John J. O'Donnell; and his brother John David O'Donnell. He is survived by: his mother Marie Bean O'Donnell; his wife Melania LeeAnna O'Donnell; his children, Sebastian Malcom, Brooklyn Maria Stump and Breanna Malcom; and his siblings, Sean O'Donnell, Leslie O'Donnell and Michelle O'Donnell. He is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
