She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garnett and Lucinda Jane Waybright (Hedrick); her grandson Joshua Cole Fleisher; and her siblings, Mary Wagoner, Edith Fleisher, Alda Arbogast, Allene Ludholtz, Rizpah Boyden, Catherine Vandevander, William G. Waybright, Robert Simmons and Melvin Waybright.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Marie Phillips (Dennis) of Keezletown, Peggy Lee Fleisher of Keezletown, John Wayne Fleisher (Betty Jo) of Harrisonburg and William Douglas Fleisher of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Gregory Fleisher of Keezletown, Kelly Morris of Keezletown, Lindsay Smith of Weyers Cave, Jason Fleisher, Sarah Orebaugh (Ryan) of Broadway and Stirling Fleisher (Brea) of Broadway; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Mackenzie Fleisher, Tyler, Kara, Colby Morris, Cameron, Jayden Smith, Reese and Cole Orebaugh; and her sister-in-law Irene Waybright of Woodstock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Obaugh Funeral Home - Highland County (8739 Highland Turnpike, McDowell, VA 24458). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
