She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fleming and Elizabeth Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Charles K. Dean of Grottoes, Wesley A. Dean of Grottoes, George R. Dean of Harpers Ferry, WV and Angela Lee Allman of Briery Branch; and her grandchildren, Travis Dean, Lisa Raynes, Jason Dean, Lindsay Dean, Nicholas Allman, John Glenn Allman and Erica Allman. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
