She was predeceased by: her parents, David William and Ella May Zurcher Basinger; her husband John Edward "Ed" Collins; and her siblings, Elva Hartzler, Dale Basinger, Lloyd Basinger and Orris Basinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Dean of New Mexico; her son-in-law Bill Dean; her grandson William Dean; and her brother Clair Basinger.
