He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kiser and Doris Kiser; and his brother Rick Kiser (Libby). He is survived by: his wife Frances Harlow; his sons, Shannon (Christy) and Linden (Aimee); his grandchildren, Zachary, Eliza, Eleanor, Esther and Owen; and his siblings, Lisa Dunlap (Bobby) and Terry Kiser (Kim).
