He was predeceased by: his father Joshua Phillip Hill; his grandson Brandon Hensley; and his grandmother Mildred Lord. He is survived by: his mother Alice Milligan Tolson of Baltimore; his children, Olivia L. Miller (Adam) of Radford, Jonathan P. Hensley (Amanda) of Baltimore, MD and Jacob Hill; and his siblings, Brenda Sue Benedict (Frank) and Charles Rickford Bray of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
