She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Bernard and Margie Rose Reubush Hoover; her siblings, Eleanor Hoover Leach, William Herbert Hoover and Claude Franklin Hoover; and her nephews, Jeff Payne and Tony Hoover.
She is survived by: her sister Kathy H. Payne of Singers Glen; her nieces and nephews, Monica Leach, David Leach, Kevin Payne, Roseann Hoover and Crystal Hoover; and her close friend Betty Morris.
