He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chancellor and Elizabeth Dulin Bowers. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Bowers Thompson (Tommy) of Harrisonburg and Mary Margaret Bowers of Fairborn, Ohio; and his fiancée Carolyn Armentrout. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
