Ellen Bell Campbell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 92, Ellen Bell Campbell (Harrisonburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bell and Stella Currie Bell; her brothers, Francis and Daniel Bell; and her sister-in-law Isabelle Bell.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Richard "Dick" Campbell (Tracey) of Nags Head; her grandsons, Joseph Cameron, John Dickson and Bruce Chancellor Campbell; her nieces, Martha Graham and Libby Stevens; her nephew Francis "Frank" Bell; her sister-in-law Joanne Bell; and her cousin O. M. "Sonny" Porterfield.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (17 Court Square, Harrisonburg, VA 22801). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would consider contributions to Kerus Global a fitting memorial to the woman of faith they loved so dearly.
