He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred L. Howard, Sr. and Mary C. Lewis; his grandmother Rachael Lewis; and his brothers, Gregory Lewis, Harry Wayne Lewis and Gerald Howard.
He is survived by: his daughter Leilani Ritchie (Josh Moyers) of Broadway; his grandsons, Caiden and Cam; his stepgranddaughter Katie; his siblings, Dorothy Dickerson, Barbara Lewis, Pamela Howard and Alfred L. Howard, Jr.; and his cousin Betty Mae Curry (Howard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lindsey Funeral Home (473 S Main St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
