He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Marcus Slye and Rose Mary Sipe Slye of Elkton; his brother Faron Ray Slye; and his nephew Eric Keith Baugher. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Scott Slye and Amber Richelle Slye Keesee; his grandchildren, Cody Wayne Hensley (Gemma) and Trinity Celeste Herring; his great grandchildren, Basil Rose Hensley and Charlotte Jean Hensley; his close friend Dianne High; his granddaughter Adriana High; his siblings, Tammy Riel (Rich), Stacy Baugher and Patti Hensley (Jeff); and also Christie High. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and his beloved dog.
