With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Jane (Suter) Michael in Harrisonburg, Virginia, born in Bridgewater, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carrol Suter and Willie Kathleen Humbert. She is survived by: her husband Erwin Michael; her daughter Nicole Ann Fagerli (Julian Fagerli); her stepdaughter Alexandria Michael Chaney (Marshall Chaney); her siblings, Kathleen Suter Metcalfe, Dr. William Carrol Suter Jr. and JoEllen Suter-Burford; her granddaughters, Anna Elizabeth Fagerli and Caroline Grace Fagerli; and her sister Georgia Chaney.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bridgewater or Harrisonburg Rescue Squad.
