He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin J. Skutnik and Lila Newell Skutnik; his sister Sandra Stallard; and his brother-in-law John Calvin Stallard. He is survived by: his wife Terry Stallard Skutnik; and his nephews, Glen and Bradford Stallard.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (50 Mulberry St, Middletown, NY 10940).
