She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest M. Spitzer and Palma I. Spitzer; her brothers, Ralph and Howard Spitzer; the father of her children Robert H. Perry, II; her husband Charles Ralph Lotts; and her son Robert H. Perry, III.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn A. Dean (Wayne) and Sandra L. Perry; her daughter-in-law Maggi Perry; her grandchildren, Kirby Dean (Regina), Scott, Robert IV, Christopher Perry and Shana Beime; and her great grandchildren, Maycee Dean, Stella and Madison Perry.
