He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Osborne Jr. and Nelvia Warreta Osborne Neal (Leffel); and his spouse Shirley Ann Dooley. He is survived by: his children, Thomas D. Osborne (Valerie) of Virginia Beach and Margaret O. Roy (Jerry) of Port Republic; and his sister Barbara Fouche (Bill) of Ijamsville, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
