It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Venus Lane Delph of Harman, Virginia, born in Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elsie Pettyjohn and Swiney; her husband Hagan Delph; her son Richard Allen Delph; her daughters-in-law, Patricia Delph and Sharon Delph; her grandchildren, Brad Delph (Olivia), Shawn Delph (Amber), Chris Delph (Sara), Tracie Stout and Richard Wesley Elswick (Anna); and her half-brother Ernie Lee Pettyjohn of Jenkins, KY.. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
