Earl Elswick Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Elswick of Harman, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Elswick and Rosa Elswick (Belcher); his wife Veral Elswick (Foster); his siblings, Macey Groves, Virgil Elswick, June Southgate and Larry Elswick; and his nephew Ronnie Elswick.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Bowman (Delmer) of Pounding Mill, VA, Randy Elswick of Harman, VA and Gary Elswick (Natasha) of Cedar Bluff, VA; his grandchildren, Cindy Bowman, Stoney Bowman, Shane Bowman, Bridget Elswick and Gari Jo Elswick; his son Dalton Elswick; and his great grandchildren, Justin Bowman, Hailee Bowman, Lilly Bowman and Tanner Elswick.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Harman Memorial Baptist Church (2370 Bull Creek Rd, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park (32350 Riverside Dr, Big Rock, VA 24603).
