He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Alfred Dunbar and Goldie Dunbar. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Dunbar; his daughters, Katrina Hedrick (Brent) and Selena Barton (Bruce); his grandchildren, Alexis Hedrick (Dustin), Jayden Hedrick, Eli Barton, Peyton Barton, Huntar Barton, Maveryck Barton, Tynsleigh Barton, Taylor Hedrick and Baby G; and his siblings, Cynthia Dunbar, Frankie Dunbar (Susie), Kathy Sage (Winton) and Timmy Dunbar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179).
In lieu of flowers, the request memorial contribution to: Franklin County EMS or Franklin County Sheriff's department.
