He is survived by: his wife Martha Pagans Fisher; his daughters, Amy R. Fowler (Scott) and Jennifer Fisher; his brothers, David Fisher (Joyce) and Billy Fisher (Linda); his close friends, Larry Clark, Gloria Clark and Joyce Conner; and his friend Carly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
