It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Horn of Hardy, Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Horn and Lillie Horn; and his siblings, Elizabeth Wertz, Florence Mayhew and Melvin Horne.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Yvonne Horn; his children, Debbie Matherly (Jeff), Tammy Perdue (Damon), Randy Horn (Chris) and Scott Schilling (Kathy); his grandson Jacob Lane Perdue; and his sisters, Louise Barton, Martha Barger, Joyce Flowers, Estelle Perdue and Reba Donald.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Rock Baptist Church (8730 Edwardsville Rd, Hardy, VA 24101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
