He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Humphrey and Nina L. Burkholder Humphrey; his wife Dianne Hodges Humphrey; and his daughter Tina Lynn Humphrey. He is survived by: his son Jason E. Humphrey; his siblings, Elbert Humphrey (Joyce), Larry Humphrey (Wanda) and Linda Clark (Ed); and his sister-in-law Fay Draper (Jimmy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donation be made to Riverdale Baptist Church, 1624 Edgerton Ave., SE, Roanoke, VA 24014, where he was a longtime active member.
