She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Jefferson Bowling and Virginia Grace Thompson Bowling; and her husband Malcolm Leo Smith. She is survived by: her children, Cathye Mahood, David Mahood, Todd Smith, Karen Smith, Layne Ferguson, Guy Ferguson, Lee Ann and Des Connolly; her grandchildren, Chad, Jill, Brendan, Lauren, Devin, Justin and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Stephanie, Sophia, Brett and Cassius.
