He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hodges and Vera Hodges; his sister Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Franklin and Geraldine Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Hodges; his sons, James C. Stone III (Tara) and John T. Stone (Jessica); his grandchildren, KayKay Stone, Cris Stone, Shannon Stone and Trey Stone; his brothers, Allen Hodges, Gerald Hodges (Mary) and Tommy Hodges (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Hodges, Don Hodges, Deedy Sigmon, Brandon Hodges and Kelsey Hodges. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
