She is survived by: her husband Jeffery "Howie" Kershner; her sons, Joe Pitera (Rebekah), Jordan Pitera (Cara) and Jarred Pitera (Emily Brown); her grandchildren, Dustin Szabo, Claire, Gabe, Jace, Mia and Jacob Pitera; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Green and Kayla Elder; and her siblings, Gary Hillman (Denise), Tom Hillman (Diane), Eric Hillman, Janice Costello, Maxine Hillman and Phyllis Mays.
