He is survived by: his parent Maude Barlow; his wife Joyce Gibson-Barlow; his daughter Susan Melton (Wayne); his grandchildren, Joshua Melton (Amanda) and Ian Melton (Shannon); his great grandchildren, MacKenzie and Wesley; and his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Barlow and Walter Barlow.
