It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lewis Fells of Hanover, Virginia, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mines and Mildred Ann Fells Mines; and his siblings, Elizabeth Paige and James Fells. He is survived by: his children, Robert Fells, Elder Priscilla Easley (Carl), Linda Loredo (Ramon), Lolita Robinson (David), Ada Sanchez (Carlos), Marcellus Fells and Thomas Fells (Brenda); his sisters, Delores Stevens (Watt) and Mildred Dyer (Freddie); his brother-in-law James Paige; and his niece Glendora Rollins. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
