He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Davidson Cook. He is survived by: his wife Linda Serrett Cook; his father Kenneth Lee Cook; his children, Princess Teya, Niki "Nickelodeon" and Thor; his cousin Samantha Dye; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Serrett, Allan Cress, Tara Richardson and Amanda Leigh Serrett; his sister-in-law June Serrett; his sister Lola; and his siblings-in-law, Frankie Dietrich, Lonnie Serrett and Stephanie Serrett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
