She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Shelton Jacobs and Lawrence "Jake" Jacobs. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Rob" E. Maitland; her son Blue; her brother Lawrence Loxley Jacobs III; her cousins, Richard Lewis Shelton II, Samuel William Shelton III, Celia Shelton Fox and Shannon Shelton Craig; her nephews, Peter "Matthew" Covington and Nicholas "Nick" Swain Adkins; and her sisters-in-law, Gale Maitland Adkins-Fritchley and Valerie Maitland Covington.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Julie's memory may be made to Affinity Hospice.
