She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sydnor. She is survived by: her children, Laura Jester and David Jester, Jr. (Tammy); her stepson Robert Sydnor, Jr. (Ann); her grandchildren, Alan Street, Sgt. Matt Jester (Peyton), Clint Sydnor, Brian Sydnor, Sarah Sydnor, Molly Sydnor and Emily Sydnor; her great grandchildren, Kadence and Desmond Jester; and her sister Helen Verlander (Wayne). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mechanicsville Chapel of the Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (11310 Hanover Ave, Ashland, VA 23005).
