It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Adell Stevens of Hanover, Virginia, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Brown and Nancy Brown; her husband Arthur E. Stevens, Sr.; and her siblings, Leroy Brown, Shirley Smithers and Evelyn Roots.

She is survived by: her children, Veraline Stevens and Arthur.
